阳光明媚的绅士工艺

Product Overview
A large area camping grill set for group cooking over an open fire. The unit stands on one ground stake: push the stake into the soil, set the grate above the coals, and the cooking surface holds where you put it. That makes it a practical alternative to framed grills, which need flat, hard ground and space to unfold, and to handheld grates that have to be watched every second. It is a format for cooks working over a fire ring rather than a fixed kitchen, where the fuel sits low and the food is turned by hand. Daily use is straightforward: set the stake before the fire is lit, cook over the coals, and pull the stake free once the food is off.

Ground Stake Setup
1.Choose the spot — pick ground within reach of the fire and clear of tent lines, roots and overhanging branches, and soft enough for the stake to bite.
2.Drive the stake — push or tap it in until it stands firm, then give it a firm pull to test the hold; on loose sand, set it deeper.
3.Position the head over the firebed — the grate sits above the coals with the fire spread under the middle of the cooking area.
4.Keep the base clear of the hottest coals — a stake that stays out of the fire is easier to pull out at the end of the meal.
5.Dismantle while the ground is soft — pull the stake straight up and break the set down; leaving it in overnight lets rain and foot traffic loosen the hold.

FAQ

Q1. How closely can the grill be matched to our own design?
We build a custom large camping grill set from your drawing, photographs or a physical sample. The stake design, the rotation structure, the cooking-area size and the finish are all open to your specification, so the set can follow your own pattern rather than a stock layout. Send the reference you want matched and we will confirm the details before production.

Q2. Will the stake hold on hard, rocky or paved ground?
The stake is made for soil and packed earth, which is where it holds most securely. On gravel, rock or paving there is nothing for it to bite into, so tell us about the ground your crews work on and we will confirm whether this model or a freestanding grill from our range fits better.

Q3. Does it work over charcoal as well as wood?
It is made for open fires. Wood in a fire ring is the natural setup, and a charcoal bed works in the same way as long as the fuel sits under the grate and the coals are spread evenly across it. Do not use it on a gas or electric grill.

Q4. How does this set differ from a tripod hanging grill?
A tripod stands on three legs and hangs the grate above the fire, which suits open ground with space all around it. This large area camping grill set drives one stake into the soil and turns the grate on that point, so it fits tighter fire rings, holds a wider cooking surface over the same bed of coals, and leaves no legs to trip over at the edge of the fire.

Q5. How should the grate be cleaned and the set stored?
Scrub the grate after each cook, once it has cooled enough to handle, and dry it before it goes back in the bag — damp ash is what dulls a finish fastest. Store the set indoors or under cover rather than leaving it out in the rain, and check the coating at the start of each season.

Q6. What should we confirm before choosing a cooking-area size?
Start with how many people you cook for at one sitting and how much you want on the grate at once — a main plus a side, or several dishes together. Give us those numbers along with the fire ring or pit you are working to, and we will propose a cooking-area size and stake length for your sites.
