Key Features
Reinforced base. The lower frame is braced where the weight of a full stack concentrates, so the rack keeps its shape and stands steady instead of splaying at the feet.
Freestanding, with no wall fixing. It stands on its own against a hearth or wall, so nothing is drilled into stonework, plaster or cabin panelling, and it can be moved between rooms or seasons.
Sized for a working supply. The frame is built for stacking logs in layers, so a couple of evenings of burning do not send anyone back to the woodpile.
Colour to suit your range. Black is the standard supply; for volume orders the same frame is produced in your own colour as a custom firewood storage rack.

Specifications

Material & Finish
The frame is made from metal-iron rather than timber, which is the main reason it will not swell, split or hold damp after a wet winter’s use. There is no oiling, sealing or repainting routine to keep up with: dust and ash wipe off with a damp cloth, and the black finish is even enough to sit beside stone or brick without drawing attention. In a heated room the rack needs nothing more than a dry position a sensible distance from the hottest part of the fire. If it lives outdoors, keep it under cover and clear of prolonged rain, snow and salty air, and tell us at the enquiry stage if the rack will be permanently exposed so the finish can be discussed before the order is placed.

Applications
Family living rooms with an open fireplace. A large capacity firewood rack keeps the evening’s logs beside the hearth instead of piled on the floor, where they collect dust and get kicked around the room.
Cabins and holiday lets. Guests burn more wood than owners expect, so a rack that holds a full supply cuts out mid-stay trips to the woodpile and makes the fireplace area easier to reset between bookings.Covered porches and patios with a fire pit. The frame sits beside the seating without needing a wall to lean on, so it can be shifted when the furniture is rearranged for the season.
Hearth dealers, lodges and event venues. A filled rack shows the product doing its job on a showroom floor, and in a lodge or venue the same frame works as everyday storage beside the fire.

Scale & Supply Capability
Decent Crafts manufactures metal-iron products in Fujian, China and exports to importers, wholesalers and private-label brands. Our range covers four connected lines: fire pits and fireplace accessories, firewood racks and log holders, pet and livestock feeders, and lawn and garden tools. Buyers can combine several categories in a single order and deal with one factory. OEM and customisation are welcome by picture or sample, with custom colours available. Standard orders start at 100 sets, samples are ready in 7-15 days, and bulk delivery runs 30-45 days. Goods ship from Xiamen port, and we accept L/C and T/T.

よくある質問

Q1. How much firewood does this large capacity firewood rack hold?
We size the frame for a working supply of split logs rather than a decorative armful, and the reinforced base is what keeps a loaded stack standing square. We do not publish a kilogram load rating for this frame, so if your trade or project specification needs a stated limit, raise it in your enquiry and we will review it with production before anything is confirmed.

Q2. Can the rack be produced in our own colour, and how is the colour matched?
Yes. For a custom firewood storage rack order, send a physical colour sample or a clear reference photo and we will match the finish to it. The sample we produce is the approval piece; once you sign it off, the bulk run follows that reference, which is why we ask for a physical sample whenever one is available.

Q3. What kind of logs stack most efficiently in this rack?
Split, seasoned logs stack most steadily, because split pieces sit flat against each other where round logs roll. Seasoned wood also means less moisture carried into the room. Keep the stack to the frame’s own height rather than piling above it, and load the longest pieces first so they are not left over at the end of a delivery.

Q4. Should we stock this rack or one of your smaller stands?
Take this one when storage volume is the deciding factor: it suits a household, a cabin or a venue that burns steadily through the season. Our compact U-shaped and vertical styles cover customers who are short of floor space. Many ranges carry both, with the large frame as the main seller, but the right mix depends on your market.

Q5. Can the length or height be changed for our market?
Custom colour is routine for us. If your market needs different proportions, send the dimensions you have in mind with your enquiry and we will review what the frame allows before you commit to a quantity. Frame changes affect the sample and the production run, so it is worth settling that question early rather than later.

Q6. Will the rack stand steady on a stone hearth or an uneven patio?
It sits most steadily on a flat, firm surface such as a hearth stone, a concrete slab or a boarded floor. On gravel, wide-gap decking or soft ground, plan a level base under the feet. Tell us what the rack will stand on and we will confirm what we recommend for that surface before the order goes ahead.
